If you need a 30-second respite from the avalanche of terror and anxiety bearing down upon us like a 10-ton truck, here's something that might help. On Sunday, Shedd Aquarium in Chicago released a short but adorable clip of a resident waddling over to visit his neighbors.

Shedd Aquarium is unfortunately closed to the public until Mar. 29 due to coronavirus concerns. However, it has given some of the animals an opportunity to safely stretch their legs under the caring supervision of the animal care staff.

"Some of the penguins went on a field trip to meet other animals at Shedd," said the aquarium in the video's caption.

"Wellington seemed most interested in the fishes in Amazon Rising! The black-barred silver dollars also seemed interested in their unusual visitor."

Fortunately for them, these fish are friends, not food.
