President-elect Joe Biden sustained a hairline fracture to his right foot while playing with Major, one of his dogs, over the Thanksgiving weekend. He’ll likely require a walking boot for the next several weeks, his doctor said.

The diagnosis from his personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, came after Biden received X-rays and a CT scan Sunday evening near his home in Wilmington, Delaware.
