Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has said schools with face mask mandates are violating the state’s recently passed Parents’ Bill of Rights, which gives mothers and fathers the last word on health care for their children.

On Friday, Judge John C. Cooper said it was the other way around, in a ruling that vindicated parents who sued claiming the mandatory masking is just common sense.
