The White House needs a “Marshall Plan” for developing more domestic natural gas, JPMorgan Chase Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon told President Joe Biden during a private meeting this week, according to three people familiar with the conversation.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and other top administration officials met Monday with Dimon and other manufacturing, banking and energy company leaders to brief them on the impact of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and resulting U.S. sanctions.
