Customer Reviews
left leaning financial podcast and ads
I wish they either stuck to finance or critiqued both sides of the political isle fairly.
I’m resigned from listening as much as I’d like when I hear the clear bias toward the left.
Also, the ads are god awful, so do yourself a favor and keep that 1.5x on and utilize the skip button.
I give 3 stars because the financial reporting is obviously valuable. I don’t care if there is political reporting, I sort of expect it, especially in geo-political topics. But be mindful that not everyone wants to hear political pundits from one side all the time.
Too many ads
Great content and Tom Keane is a unique voice in finance and investing. But the ads are tough to wade through. The new spinoff show, “Single Best Idea,” is about 90 seconds of content sandwiched by 7+ minutes of ads.
Great team, great podcast, great interviews!
Update 2023 I switched to listening to The Tape, Surveillance, the podcast show has gotten too macro. More for policy matters, the State Department (interviews with Admirals), and other issues above my interest. I look forward to this podcast, and I feel it is the best free American podcast that I listen to on my IPhone. I do not find it as partisan as some have criticized; nothing like Fox or NPR bias. In my opinion, the voices are fine, no vocal fry, like some WSJ commentators. However, opinions must differ in life. Thanks, to all of the staff and guests for the interesting interviews.
Getting more stratospheric. Seems airy. Lost this listener.
