International outrage grew after dozens of Ukrainian civilians, including children, were killed when Russia bombed a major rail evacuation hub on the eastern flank of the territory held by the government in Kyiv.

At least 52 were killed and about 100 were hospitalized on Friday when one or more Russian “Tochka-U” missiles with cluster munition hit the main train station in Kramatorsk, a city about 75 kilometers (47 miles) away from the separatist-held Donetsk.
