More than 40 people were found dead in a semitrailer parked in San Antonio, Texas, likely victims of heat strokes.

In addition to the 46 dead, another 16 victims were taken to area hospitals, suffering from excessive heat and exhaustion, Chief Charles Hood told journalists Monday. Four of the injured were children, though all the deceased were adults.
