Ukrainian food shipments are set to resume moving through a maritime corridor on Monday, challenging Russia’s decision to back out of a safe-passage deal for Ukraine’s grain exports. The United Nations announcement followed talks including Turkey and Ukraine during which the Russian delegation was informed of the plan.
